I recently purchased this chainsaw from Dong Cheng, and I have to say, it has completely blown me away. The cutting performance is phenomenal — every cut feels razor-sharp and extremely precise. It slices through wood effortlessly, making tough jobs feel easy.What impressed me even more is the price. Compared to the big-name brands, this chainsaw is much more affordable, yet it delivers the same (if not better) results. Honestly, I don't see any reason to spend more when this tool does such an incredible job.Not to mention, it comes with two big, powerful batteries that last a long time and take less than 20 minutes for both to fully charge. That means way less downtime and way more getting work done.If you're looking for a powerful, precise, and budget-friendly chainsaw, I highly recommend giving this Dong Cheng model a try. You won't be disappointed!

The saw works better than I ever thought it would. This is my second one for a backup. I did drop my first saw at a height of 25' and sustained no damage to the saw at all. I was quite surprised and shocked. I have been using them to cut trees with a 20" diameter and have not had a problem with them so far. My only downside to it is the price for replacement batteries, you are better to buy another saw, due to the price of the batteries. Otherwise, it's a powerful, light weight and durable saw. If this thing gives out on me, i'll let it be known too.

surprised at the power, comparable with a gas powered chainsaw. Easily and quickly cut thru limbs and trees 10 inches in diameter. Not sure about battery life because I have stopped before needing to recharge batteries

Worked great 1st time but then battery did not last as long under stress (1.5ft stump ate battery in 25 minutes). Otherwise great chain saw. Will try the larger 5amp battery. Batteries do charge quickly (less than 1hr).

I was looking for a Dewalt saw and ran into this brand. I had a few Worxs and greenworks saws. The greenworks were bad the works were ok. After considering the cost of batteries this saw is cheaper and so much better. Standard chain that holds tension. The saw feel good in the hand for me, much more torque than my 40 and 80v Greenworks. Thinking about getting another chainsaw just to have the extra batteries. When the batteries get low the torque drops off. The batteries tend to be a bit hot to charge but they cool and start charging with out me doing anything. I know its silly but I like the oil cap. Its the easiest cap that I have ever had to deal with. I have had a lot of Chinese gas saws, some ok most don't last long. This has about as much torque as my husqvarna 240. I would say you would need 5 sets of batteries to make it through a day with recharging. I had low expectations for a brand I never heard of, after this I bought Dongchang 1 handed reciprocating saw and liked it. I read somewhere they use the same batter as DCK I haven't tried them.

Really thought that this would be more of a toy especially when I turned it on without the bar and chain on it.Was really surprised how powerful it actually is. Installed the bar and chain and tested it on a log. WOW!I wouldn't suggest it for long time use like cutting firewood but it's great around the back yard to handle a lot of cutting

This was a pleasant surprise. it is a fine product. Well designed and with good quality materials. Decent owners/instruction manual, which is unusual these days. I put it into use within three hours after arrival, waiting only to top off the batteries. Assembly was simple, if one has had chain saws previously--it took 20 minutes and would likely take twice that for a first-time being careful. I have owned many chain saws since my first in 1966, this one is by far the most satisfying.It performed beautifully on cording up the two trees that had blown down in a windstorm. I already had a gasoline-powered saw, but the Dong Cheng 18-inch with Lithium-ion batteries at a very good price was too good to pass by. I'm glad I didn't. I would recommend this chain saw to anyone, but especially to older folk who have already put too many miles on their shoulder socket/rotatory cuff, or are tired of fooling with gasoline-powered products finally made obsolete by better, more sensible technology.

Every thing in these pictures was cut with one battery charge. I was amazed by the run time of the chain saw. The power was great also. I never threw a chain and the chain oiler worked as it should. I need to put some more run time before it gets 5 stars. So far it more than exceeds my expectations for the price point. I hope it continues to impress me.
