Son can play with this for hours
My son really enjoys playing with his mobilo. It’s a toy that he enjoyed playing with at school and wanted it at home too.We felt it was really expensive for the amount you get but we’re happy because he’s happy.

Great toy for creativity
Would have liked a bit more in the box for the money but a good starter

My son’s favourite toy
My son plays with this in Nursery and I decided to buy one for home. He loves it as he can build different things and encourages his imagination. A bit pricey but quality is good and toddler friendly. Highly recommend if your little one loves vehicles.

Thoroughly recommend.
I bought this for my 3 year old grandson. As a nursery teacher I knew its educational value as I had used it for years. It is what we called an open ended toy i.e. it's possibilities are endless. It is very tough and will last for years and take any amount of rough treatment. The fixings can be a bit stiff at first for little hands but my grandson soon mastered it. However, one problem with this bucket is that although it says 86 pieces, that includes a lot of connectors - the small round red pieces, and not that many of the flat and 'box' type pieces needed to make things using the connectors. One child can make maybe 3 vehicles, 2 children would probably end up fighting over pieces! I am going to buy a supplementary pack of the pieces we need - all pieces seem to be available to buy in packs separately. In these days of children being passive or caught up in the latest fad, this is one of the toys that stands out as stretching imagination, dexterity and problem solving. Little boys especially enjoy it. It helps to develop their concentration - and grandad's! I thoroughly recommend this bucket of mobilo, just be aware that you may need to buy more.

Great toy for igniting the imagination
I bought the starter kit for my 3-year-old son for Christmas, having seen him playing with Mobilo regularly at preschool. I find it a great design, more enjoyable and satisfying than Lego. The way the pieces click together to allow interlocking creations is great. I enjoy playing with it as much as my son! I do, however, find Mobilo to be very expensive for what it is- which is, essentially, pieces of plastic. There is also an insufficient number of pieces in this set to create very much so purchasing a secondary set of pieces is pretty much essential.

Brilliant!
My 4yo got this set at Xmas after mentioning he played with it at school, it was a great price & has more than enough pieces for a starter set. The storage tub it comes in is great for keeping all the bits together. It is really easy for small children to build great looking models & would recommend it as a great buy for young kids.

Not enough pieces
My 4 year old son is obsessed with Mobilo at nursery so I wanted to get him some for home. Whilst the product and concept itself is great, it is ridiculously expensive! This box does NOT have enough pieces. You have to spend around £150 to get a decent amount which is so much money for what are essentially a bunch of plastic pieces. My son wants to build loads of things so I’ll definitely need to buy more for him to do that. This set really doesn’t allow him to build & play what he wants. You either need to get at least two of these or buy a bigger set. Note that the description is deceiving, it is NOT 256 pieces - that’s just the product number. It’s 86 pieces.
