This is the first creatine product I have ever used so I can’t compare it. However so far I think it’s amazing and I plan to buy more of this one. I have zero issues with this brand, it literally has no flavor. I just add it to a little bit of water and basically shoot it daily haha. Sometimes I add it to my protein shake. The only downside is that it doesn’t dissolve that well but I have heard that’s how most of them are. No effects on my stomach so far.Now for the effectiveness, it’s fantastic. I’ve been using it for almost a month now and I have hardly any more soreness, I can lift heavier and apparently according to my data I’m burning more calories. This is the perfect Creatine product. It has no sugar or anything artificial. I like to walk and jog at the beach every other day and this gives me extra energy to get through my 5 mile workout. I also take it after I work out for muscle recovery. I highly recommend it.

After my first bottle and going on my second bottle, I've seen a significant energy, size and strength increase for a guy going in 47 in October. All natural without the sugar and additives, creatine in its purest form. A personal word of advice for anyone in their 40s, do yourself a favor and add creatine supplementation to your lifestyle and workout regimen.

Like the product. However the packaging is terrible. Jar is less than half full, the opening is too small to reach in to grab the little scoop.
