Best pre workout
I've taken just about every kind of pre-workout on the market but lately I’ve been trying to kick all the unnatural and harmful chemicals that comes with them. After trying many different clean supplements I found that taking double wood’s HMB, L-glutamine, and essential amino acids before my workouts, works the best. Helps me manage my sugar cravings
Since I started taking this 3 weeks ago, I've noticed reduced sugar cravings! It has also helped my digestion, decreased my muscle soreness after my workouts and increased my energy level overall! The capsules are much easier than the powder (for obvious reasons). Good product!

Addicted to Sugar and Refined Carbohydrates?
Well, I'm hoping you find my notes as a good motivation to cut on sugars. I am addicted to sugar and carbohydrates like many of us and I have been looking for an alternative to help slow down on that. I read about L-Glutamine online like one month ago and noticed that it can help with sugar cravings and decided to buy and give it a try. The cost was $5 on Amazon, so it is very inexpensive. After the second day using this product I noticed a significant drop in my cravings. I started doing 2 capsules during the most difficult time of cravings and now I'm just doing one in the morning and one in the afternoon by dinner time. I'm please to say that this is working very well and feel more in control. And also started loosing weight, around 2 pounds per week. So this is a great start for me and I hope you find your way as well. Best of luck.

Not a effective as the other brands that I've used. It takes a little longer to work for me as well. The Now brand works a little better for me.
