Easy to use. Easy to clean. Performs better on hard fruits than soft (as stated). I didnt read and had a hard time taking the unit apart when it was time to wash it - as they warn on the small insert card - you must open/unlock the lid for it to twist the top off. Overall very pleased considering the price. I just got back into Juicing so this was my choice before committing to an expensive one. (My first juicer was bulky, heavy, and the feeder was small). With this unit, i chopped things up but didnt have to dice so small like my previous juicer. As of now, no need for me to upgrade - happy with the performance, ease of use/cleanup and the value. If you need to get the job done at a reasonable price, this is worth trying!

I bought this juicer in June 2024. I used it until March 2025. This is the third time I've used it, and the product simply stopped working after 15 minutes of use. The product is covered by the one-year warranty that products have, so I tried to contact the seller through Amazon and then received an email saying that this seller is no longer with Amazon. How is it possible that this product is still for sale on Amazon if the seller is no longer with them? I contacted customer service, and the person only told me that if the seller is no longer with Amazon and I didn't purchase an additional warranty from Asurion, they can't help me. He also made me understand that the product doesn't have a warranty unless you had purchased the Asurion warranty. I find it very irresponsible that Amazon sells a product that the seller is simply no longer associated with, and the customer is left in a situation where if they don't buy the extra warranty, they'll simply lose their money after a month if the product stops working after the third use.

I've had this product for months. I've used it many time with several different produce items and in different ways...Overall - Fantastic. Easy clean up and fun process.Notes: 1. Little to no skin on apples and cucumber.2. Chop Celery up in small cubes. (Try cutting against the string...so they don't back up the process.)

I love my juicer! I brought 2 of them. One for myself and one for a friend. It is easy to clean & safe to use. I can put whole fruits and vegetables in it without have to cut them down which helps the process go a lot faster. I would recommend the Cold Press Juicer.
