This is the second time I’ve purchased these tablets, I struggle to sleep due to anxiety and I find them really affective at taking the edge off and allowing my to drift off. I find within half an hour I’m struggling to keep my eyes open ready to go to bed, where as before I’d spend hours tossing and turning.The tablets are quite big, this isn’t an issue for me but do bare that in mind if you have difficulty taking tablets.They are good value for money and I will continue purchasing in the future

If you have a magnesium deficiency, like I do. Magnesium Glycinate is the best one to get as it's the most absorbent. These are very helpful.

I found these to be effective. I do combine with a magnesium spray at bedtime though. But these alone do seem to have stopped my tired legs. I do however find them difficult to swallow. For one they are quite large but even broken in half the texture seems to stick and they take a while to swallow them. I take a few different tablets and this is the only tablet I have had an issue swallowing. My husband has the same issue with this so I know it’s not just me. Possibly the won’t buy again because of this if I can find an alternative with similar reviews.

This is a most buy from Amazon. No more getting tired unnecessarily and no more fatigue as I always experience it but this supplement is a game changer.

For years now, I have been struggling with falling asleep and I am also a very light sleeper. This definitely helps me fall asleep. I will continue using them. It doesn't work to keep you asleep though.
