Love the product but can’t get the pump to work. Don’t know what the trick is, but it won’t open.

UPDATE: This company's attention to customer service is second to none!After reading my review, they offered to, and did, give me a full refund on their product. This was totally unexpected and truly appreciated!My skin is thinning as I age, and was hopeful for a retinol lotion to help. This product, based on its content list and price seemed to be just what I was wanting. However, I’ve developed some type of skin reaction to the lotion and will have to stop using it.

I love this lotion and how it smoothes and transforms my skin. It’s been my go to daily for years. Please bring back the larger size and agree with the comments that the pump only works half the time with the smaller size.

LOVE! I have terrible skin - it’s oily, dry, crepey, saggy, wrinkly - you name it… but this is moisturizing and makes it super soft to the touch and it just feels good to live in. I hate most lotions, they seem tacky, sink in without accomplishing anything, feel oily… but this isn’t any of those! It’s not heavy, my skin drinks it up and it only feels a little oily for an hour or so if I put too much on… which I do sometimes bc I like to bathe in it! My hands are even awesome - it’s winter and I wash them a lot and they are always dry to the point they are rough and almost cracking… not now - my body feels like silk!!!! Made my husband feel my dry legs and now he is stealing my lotion. But the pun doesn’t work… I’d like to find a good pump for it - or even a squirt top… it’s annoying to have to unscrew the pump, pull the pump out of the bottle then screw it back in.
