Bought as a gift. Well received and authentic coach

This was exactly the size bag that I needed something that I could just throw things in close up and walk away. So far it has been incredibly durable and it doesn’t show signs of wanting to break down anytime soon. I love it and I will probably purchase this item over and over.

This is my favorite tote bag. I love this bag, it is good quality, and I get many compliments on it.

After two months of hardly using this purse, I was walking around the mall during Christmas and noticed the leather on the handle was separating. I use the word "leather" sparingly. More like pleather. I've never had a cheap purse do what this one did in two months. And I'm serious, I work from home, it sits on my counter most of the time. Also, take note, Coach doesn't honor warranties when they are sold from a third party.I took it to the store to get it fixed and they said, sorry, it's not under warranty when you buy it from a. third party.Amazon did finally take it back, thank goodness, but charged me a $50 restocking fee for an item that cannot restock. It's defective, so it's a write off for amazon, and it $50 out of my pocket. Buyer beware.

Bought this tote bag as a gift. Nice looking bag, but not up to the quality I've come to expect from Coach. Material was very stiff, and hard. Product appeared to have been repackaged in a different clear plastic bag, not enough packing paper inside, and no Coach dust cover included for the tote bag either!

The purse arrived very carefully packaged and unblemished. Tons of “Coach” authentication. The real deal.I should have read description more carefully. This is an extremely large purse. It’s larger than I am comfortable with, although I’ll probably keep it.Edit: I realized that I had till May 11 to return the purse. I did not have box, nor “Coach” bag that it came in. I did have unattached barcode tag and product tag. I was able to obtain a return QR code and took to Kohl’s with absolutely no problem!
