Many of the robot vacs you can buy are essentially the same and use the same generic software and app. It's nice to see something a little different from Switchbot. The unit is much smaller than most others and although I didn't think this would make much difference, it does take up less room in the hallway.The room mapping and obstacle avoidance is a step up from many. The suction is great, but as it's a smaller unit it does hold less dust. Not a problem with the auto empty station.The mopping also works well. The fact that it uses disposable pads is both a plus and minus. Cleaner and more convenient but obviously you have to buy replacements.Overall a very polished high quality product.

The SwitchBot K10+ Pro Robot Vacuum has truly impressed me with its performance and convenience. Plus, the added mopping function is a fantastic bonus, leaving my floors spotless. Overall, I love this product for daily home cleaning.

Love the vacuum! The form factor and suction power is perfect and it does a very thorough job. The noise level is minimal and the self emptying container is easy to clean. The app is easy to use but sometimes loses connection with the vacuum.The mopping feature isn’t great. It comes with these little wipes that dry up after a few minutes and doesn’t do a good job in cleaning. Plus, you have to manually install the wipes every time you want to mop. It’s also disposable so it’s unsustainable.

Edit.. robot is no longer working. There is no sign of any support being answered.Will not connect to WiFi now at all.It slowly stopped working over the past 2 weeks. It would leave base station and work for about 5 mins then just shut down in middle of room and not come back online. I would avoid this product due to lack of supportGot this for my parents house which is 1 level and all tiles. It came with lots of fixings for pipes but not enough as I had no way of installing it into the required sink. I had to go and buy additional hardware. I had to learn the difference in plumbing pipes then go and source the relevant part and and install it myself. My trap is a 32mm pipe and not 40mm which is supplied with robot.All that I have left now is to drill the bottom of the cabinet and tidy up the pipes.Robot mapped the house ok apart from reading a fake room through the mirror in guest bedroom.My parents are on holiday so I have the robot working while they are away and I hope my mum is happy to see it when she comes home. Hope that it saves her having to think about cleaning the floors.I noticed that the robot doesn't mop close to the wall but this won't be a massive issue as the rotating brush gets right up to the edgeI have a eufy x10 pro which I need to empty and fill the water tanks manually. Interested to see how this performs against it.Will update review once I have it running for a while and see how my mum interacts with it.I have high hopes for this robot.Update....Been running for about 3 weeks now.my mum was sceptical at the start, now said she cannot do without it already. Can feel the difference of the clean floor underfoot.I prefer this robot over my Eufy x10 pro.I lifted the robot to check all the filters and water compartments and was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. The only dirt was the scale left in the dirty water compartment.

This shrimp of a robot can get into all the corners and dutifully cleans under sideboards and beds where the dust has never seen the light of day. It first maps the space by LIDR (and gently kissing all the edges with its snout) and then bustles about in a quite endearing way. It can extend its wheels to deal with uneven surfaces and sometimes, when faced with an unexpected obstacle it takes a little run up to break on through!The app is remarkable too - fascinating to see the shape of our living space mapped out and the ability to create rooms and special zones is really very powerful. Integration with Alexa and home assistant seem easy and the pickup performance - the task we actually bought it to perform - is excellent. Bang per buck 10/10.

The media could not be loaded. It is very easy to do the setup. It has plenty of smart features. I love the edge brush, it cleans a lot better in the corners. It can also clean in between chairs and it can squeeze in small spaces. Mopping is not the best but I only use it for vacuuming. The station is a bit loud so you might want to account for it as you can vacuum in other rooms as the vacuum can be very quiet. It has room mapping so you can vacuum in a specific room which is great and also has no go zones. You can hook it up with most smart homes. The roller is great for hairs compared with my old one. But all in all, great power and the fact that is so small and goes to places that my old one wasn't, it is great.Would definitely speak about this with all my friends.

Finally a small robot that gets into all the tight gaps and corners. It's cute, navigates beautifully around furniture and cleans thouroughly. The app is well thought out too and has all the features like no-go zones. Love that it's self-emptying, all very hassle-free and hygienic.Mopping function: it's like a Swiffer or Flash speed mop, best suited to smaller areas for a light clean. Not a deep scrub. But it won't damage your hard wood floors with excess moisture, so there's that! I find it useful for day to day mopping.
