Can handle the weight! Can handle the sharps!
When I started using this ball for physical therapy, I was at my heaviest weight ever, 542lbs. And it was able to hold me sitting or laying and through all the exercises I needed. I was hesitant at first not believing if it really could handle 700lb capacity, but now I'm a believer and it helped me a lot as I've been losing weight, so I'm way less now. It's well built. It seems pretty decently puncture resistant. I feel you'd have to really go out of your way, or be very careless with extremely sharp objects to pop/puncture this ball. I would recommend for anyone, but do yourself a favor and buy an electric pump. He foot pump that comes with this will get the job done, but it would take about an hour of stepping to get it to full, maybe more. You'll also have to air it up and then re-air it, not because of leaks, but because the rubber takes a long while to expand and remove creases. So it takes a few days to look pretty/round/smooth and not kinda raisenish/pruney/wrinkly.

Labor of love and probably actual labor
I guess idk if its 5 stars because I havent fully inflated it yet. I do know the pump although very nice to have is terrible. Lmfao I am about to go into labor trying to pump up my ball! For the people saying the pump doesnt work they just have the thing on the wrong side. Blue to blue. Red stays alone. But its still a pain in the arse. I have an air compressor but its outside and the battery is on the third floor so im just being stubborn and doing it the old fashion way.

Great product
This is an excellent product. I didn't know what to expect when it said it has a foot pump to inflate it. I thought maybe it would use a pin, and I would bring it to a gas station for that kind of air, but no, it comes with a foot pump. In fact, there's no way to actually connect it to the air of a air pump. It does say that by using the foot pump, it should take 3 minutes. It took me about fifteen minutes. But it's exactly like any one of these balls you might find in gym or a physical therapy office. I highly recommend it.

Inflation
The ball seems ok. But to fill it up I recommend a compressor. I tried the manual pump it came with.. no luck maybe it’s me. I used my hand held tire compressor with a fitting I had. It worked but to fill it from scratch took a while and the compressor got kind of hot. If I got another new one I’d use my large compressor.

Great addition to your exercise routine.
After a recent hospitalization where my leg and arm muscles were deteriorating and being told I’d never walk again, I said hold my beer. Through determination and very hard work I went from hospital to rehabilitation and finally home. To help strengthen my core, this ball is the best medicine for me. Inflating with the little accordion “pump” was excruciatingly slow, but I used each arm and each leg to finally get it inflated. It’s keeping its air and is very simple to use. Get ready to work hard to get that core strengthened.

Great exercise ball
Bought this for maternity exercises and it works great! I am 5’7 and got the 65 cm and it’s perfect, I think I even could’ve sized up and it would’ve worked. It comes with a hand pump. I used it with my foot and it took several minutes and was a bit of a workout lol but it pumped up pretty quick and wasn’t difficult. It also hasn’t seemed to leak at all.Great quality, would buy again.

Sturdy Yoga Ball
I used an air compressor to fill it and that worked really well. I have been using it for several weeks now and it has excellent air retention. This is a well-made yoga ball and it is the perfect size for doing any sort of back stretching, pelvic floor stabilization exercises, or hip stretching. (I’m 5’4” and 200+ lbs and it is a good size for me.) Beautiful color!

Works Well for Pregnancy
I am approaching the start of my third trimester and I wanted to get an exercise ball to help prepare for labor and give my hips a rest. This ball has worked really well so far. I read mixed reviews about the pump but my mom, husband, and I took turns blowing it up and the pump worked just fine. Yellow is my favorite color so I got it in yellow to bring some extra joy into my life :)
