I've tried just about every kind of sugar free sports drink or electrolyte drink on the market and I always come back to Body Armor Lyte. I have POTS, work a active job, and exercise daily: staying hydrated can be difficult and sometimes water alone doesn't cut it. Most sports drinks on the market have an artificial aftertaste and you feel thirstier after drinking them. Body armor Lyte has coconut water and natural flavors that are delicious and quench my thirst. I actually prefer the flavor of the Lyte over a sugar filled beverage. I like that they have 100% DV of B Vitamins and Potassium, not just sodium, which is essential for energy production and hydration. Halfway through the day when I'm feeling sluggish, I'm usually just dehydrated, and drinking one of these I can immediately feel the difference. It's hard to find the Orange flavor in stores. I recommend the Blueberry/Pomegranate, Peach/Mango, and Tropical Pineapple which are all delicious.

I bought this product because it was recommended to help me produce more milk for my baby. This drink, combined with consuming brewers yeast and staying very hydrated has helped me produce 36-42 oz a day. It did take about 3 weeks to build up to that number, but I believe this drink has helped. Tastes great and has few calories and sugar. So as someone who had gestational diabetes, this was a great drink to add to my daily intake. Just 1 a day will get you results.

I bought these because Amazon had an amazing price on them, could not be beat. Bought two cases of 12-28 oz county bottles. Yes, BodyArmor Lyte, Strawberry Banana, but I was actually amazed with them. The taste was good, the whole bottle only contained 25 calories if I remember correctly and they were loaded with vitamins and minerals. I would love to catch the sale price again because I would certainly stock up on more. The only thing was, the bottles said to keep refrigerated and I cannot drink a whole bottle at once, meaning I carried it with me until it started to get warmed up a little bit and then put it back in the fridge to chill again. I would love to see these at the price that I got my order for!

So I saw the hype about BodyArmor Lyte boosting breast milk supply, and I’ll admit, I was curious. Full disclosure: My baby’s exclusively breastfed, so I didn’t see any major changes in supply, but the flavor? Honestly, it’s pretty good—refreshing, not too sweet, and definitely a better option than another cup of lukewarm water. If you forget to hydrate like I do, this is a solid backup. It’s a nice way to sneak in some hydration while juggling everything else.

This is one of the very few low/no calorie sports drinks that actually tastes great! My favorite is the peach mango. I use it as the liquid in my protein drinks and it tastes great with the frozen fruit and berries that I use to thicken the drink.This is the best place to buy your supply - the price is great and you don’t have to try lugging it from the car.

These are a good value and taste fine for a low-calorie/carb sports drink. A bit on the sweet side but without the sharp aftertaste of artificial sweeteners. I deducted a star because of the packaging: 1) plastic drink rings- why are these still being used?? Incredibly annoying to slice apart and wasteful to boot; 2) caps are impossible to remove without a gripper jar opener; and 3) once you do get it open, be prepared for it to splash everywhere because they are filled to almost the top of the cap. I will always buy these, though because I like the smaller 12oz size and, importantly Body Armor does not contain artificial dyes or colors.

BODYARMOR LYTE Sports Drink is amazing! The Blueberry Pomegranate flavor is refreshing and delicious, and it’s packed with natural flavors and electrolytes. As an athlete, I love the low-calorie, hydrating boost it provides, especially with the added coconut water and potassium. It keeps me energized without the sugar crash. Perfect for workouts or any active day—highly recommend!

I’m no expert on sports drinks so I can’t really speak to the ingredients or compare them to other similar products but like so many others, I struggle to drink as much water as recommended and know that I feel much better in every way when I can stay hydrated. My son turned me on to Body Armor and I thought it was delicious. I love sugary drinks and Coca Cola is my guilty pleasure. I drink quite a bit of it despite knowing that it is terrible for me in several ways. I started out with the regular flavors but decided to try the Lyte variety because they have almost no calories for the entire bottle. I can down on of these puppies in a few minutes where it takes me an hour to nurse a bottle of plain water. I’m no athlete but I do work out and these drinks are great at quenching thirst and I’m hoping that the ingredients are replenishing to my body. The Peach Mango is my favorite flavor but honestly I have not found one that I don’t like! Even better, they are reasonably priced on Amazon and cheaper than they are at my local grocery store even when they are on sale. I hesitate to post this glowing review because I don’t want to run out if everyone runs to snap them up. I have the PM flavor on auto-delivery and last night, after reading a bunch of reviews, ordered a few more flavors to have on hand for variety. With Body Armor Lyte I have a beverage that keeps me able to drink the recommended amount of fluid daily while not feeling guilty for the empty calories or spending a fortune. I am a huge fan of this product. I hope they never stop making it and that Amazon continues to make it available at an affordable price.UPDATE: I just got my shipment of the Coconut flavor and if it’s possible I like it even BETTER than the Peach Mango and I haven’t even tried the Strawberry Lemonade yet. Someone had said these were 40 calories a bottle but it looks to me like there is only one serving per bottle making them only 20 calories for the whole bottle Either way a winner in my book. These things are the easiest way I have ever found to hydrate. Amazon don’t stop carrying these and don’t quadruple the price. Enough said.
