Classy and simple - Perfect for business
I purchased these for conferences and events to hold flyers and other promotional materials. They are sturdy and clean and perfect for what I wanted them for.The design is great for materials positioned horizontally or vertically. The material is sturdy enough that you don't have to be overly gentle with them if you've got them packed for travel.

Perfect
Pricing is affordable and these are great quality. Heavy, not the cheap lightweight plastic!

REMOVE the plastic covering
I too freaked when I opened the packaging and they looked frosted but there is a film on them to keep them pristine. The film is not easily seen but pick at a corner and you'll get it going. They are perfect for my needs.

11 out of 12 broken!
Know that these are way flimsier & thinner than most plexi sign holders out there. While the price is great and tempting, there is a reason for the low-balling. Also, they arrived in a giant box with barely any large air cushions, zero harder or more substantially cushioning & protecting paper/cardboard / smaller hard bubblewrap, so 11 of the 12 arrived cracked or broken. Every base was cracked but one, a few had multiple chips off the corners of the base. Also, they are so light and flimsy that a heavier cardstock sign I tested made them slightly more unbalanced, and easy to fall at the slightest provocation, which added yet another crackIf you are determined to get these because of price considerations, I'd use some Museum Wax, tacky tape or similar to keep them firmly in place. I for one am returning & spending a tad more to get better quality ones
