Q: What are dimensions (height and diameter) of 5 and 9 oz size? Same photos are used for both sizes. I'm trying to decide which is best for my needs.

5 ounce is 2.75; High x 2.75" wide on top x 1.75 wide on bottom

I can tell you precisely that these tumblers were attractive, reasonably sturdy, and quite the "stylish" hit at the venue. I would say off hand, these tumblers were approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter. They were comfortable to hold and drink from, with the size-opening of the average cups of this type (sorry no measurements but I do recall the dimensions were included in the description). I was quite satisfied with the purchase........Happy Shopping!

If the company is going to stay in business for long, any good company will refund you if it arrives broken. However, they may not be responsible for it breaking. You may have to inquire of the delivery company and shipping and handling practices. Do not be surprised if one blames the other for it breaking.
