Feels solid and should do the job.
Feels solid and assembles with no problem. I hadn't reckoned with the anti siphon valve on my BMW, so unfortunately I haven't been able to test it in action! I can detect suction from the hose opening, so everything seems in order. As soon as I use it in anger I will update the review.

Great value.
Does exactly what it says on the tin - siphons liquids. I bought it for emptying fuel tanks before I mothball my kit at the end of the season - works perfectly.

Might be a poor example, kit looked good but failed third use.
Really disappointed with this item. I put the kit together (simple process) and too the Siphon away for the weekend where we used it to remove fuel fro the bike tank to fuel cans.The kit in first viewing looks solidly put together and of decent quality however, it only worked twice before failing. The first two attempts were fine and I was tempted to try get a replacement however, failing so quickly, caused is issue as i take fuel out and refill, to measure fuel accurately for the event we were at. I cant afford thing like this to fail. I couldn't see any cracks or cuts etc in the kit so i can only presume there is a valve within the rubber grip, that has failed - there's no longer a vacuum / suction to bring the fuel into the pipes.
