Inconsistent Backup Capacity: While it claims a 10,000 mAh backup, it only charges my iPhone 13 (3240 mAh battery) about twice, roughly translating to 6500 mAh of actual usable power.3. Backup Declines Over Time: I've noticed a gradual reduction in backup capacity with continued use.4. Heats Up with Multiple Devices: Charging two devices simultaneously causes noticeable heating.5. Slow Charging Time: It takes around 5 to 6 hours to get fully charged.6.
