Great for falling asleep
These are the best Kava I have used. If I feel anxious during the day, I use one and it does reduce my anxiety. I use 2 before going to bed and I've been getting the best nights sleep. Please don't change the formula 🙏

Didn’t do anything for me
Bought this for sleep & stress. But for me it didn’t work even when I took several capsules. Won’t buy again.

Good but….
Ordered two bottles. First bottle was as described, bright yellow capsules as expected, and great results. Opened second bottle and the capsules are dark brown, look similar to ashwagandha . Clearly not kava, and won’t take them without knowing what they are.

This did NOTHING for me
I am trying to find something that provides a "relaxed" feeling similar to a glass of wine. This was recommended, but it literally did nothing for me. Very disappointed.
