I had to try another brand because this company Toplux is out of this product. What a difference. My digestion has stopped and not moving like with Toplux. I am waiting for them to restock. My body felt better. I’m a keto dieter and need to extra magnesium in all forms. This is the best source I have found.

Been taking it for a week and already feel a difference. I’m still taking my HBP tablets as well though.

Well, I’ve been seeing all these reels on how magnesium deficiencies effect us, and why we should take this magnesium or that magnesium… Having MS and Fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease and a chronic rib fracture, I’m always in pain. Being over 40, I’ve got to try to maintain my muscle, having MS makes this even more important. Now there’s information floating in the reels about HMB being useful for building muscle (I didn’t see the video, I was told HMB and something else) after a few searches apparently magnesium is beneficial for building muscle past the age of 40. So I bought this!To be honest I may have taken it twice about a week ago, but the stomach pains that I’ve been having since Sunday is reminiscent of taking dulcolax many years ago. I can’t tell you all of the supposed benefits are true, but I can say, while it seems to be delayed it definitely appears to be useful for the gut. Now I’m actually scared to take it daily.
