I love this unit. Its bigger & heavier than I expected, excellent value for money. It looks alot more expensive than it is and looks amazing especially during the evenings with the lights on. You can choose from flashing lights, dim the light or just choose one of the Great colour light to just stay on. The blue, white or purple light looks amazing but the lights have stopped working after using 3 times which is gutting as it looked nice at night

HI,I purchased two of these bedsides and think they are excellent value for money. They build easy, and look lovely. The lights and light remote however is a major letdown.The moment I started using the two light remote controls they literally fell apart. the plastic is awlful and the circuit boards just disintergrated.I have attempted to contact the seller for remote replacements but am stopped by Amazon's terrible AI messaging bot, that refuses to let me contact the seller or even Amazons customer service itself.Please blisswood, can you send me a replacement for the remote, as the lights nolonger function without a remote.Gareth.

I'm rather impressed with the quality of this product. It has a very nice finish and is easy to assemble. It uses the same mechanism as most flat-pack furniture - screw-in pegs on one piece and the little cam things that turn a quarter turn to grip the peg head on the other. A nice touch here though is that the pre-drilled holes that you screw the pegs into have nylon sleeves inside. This makes them much more forgiving when you screw the pegs in and it offers some flexibility, so if you were to accidentally stress the joins of the table by accidentally knocking it, the nylon will flex a little and then reform. If you did the same with just wood you'd have a problem.There was a bit of a problem with mine when it arrived and so I contacted customer services at Blisswood via the portal on Amazon. They responded immediately, were courtious and helpful and came up with an intelligent, effective solution straight away. Kudos to you Blisswood. I imagine that most customers will not need to contact you. It's nice to know that you care about those of us who do.
