This is my first time trying Ketosource Pure C8 MCT Oil, and so far, I’m really impressed! The quality feels premium, and I love that it’s 100% coconut-sourced and organic. It’s reassuring to know there are no fillers or additives, just pure C8 MCT.I added a small amount to my coffee, and it blended smoothly without any strong taste or greasiness. No stomach discomfort so far, which is great because I’ve heard some MCT oils can cause that.It’s still early days, but I’m looking forward to seeing how it helps with energy, focus, and digestion. I also appreciate that it’s vegan, gluten-free, and keto-friendly, making it a great fit for my diet.So far, so good! It’s good - no taste and works my guts!!

This came quickly and unlike other things I have bought, came with good instructions. I put half a tsp in a black coffee & went from there. I now put 2 tsps in my coffee every morning. I can't say for sure if it is my will power or the combination of the oil & w.p but in the past week I have lost 4 lbs. I have always been an intermittent faster throughout my life. I'm 51 & menopause has taken its toll, I'm overweight but I think this oil is helping me mentally. Its tasteless & easy to take, helps me fast for longer, so all in all i would say try it. You need to have the correct frame of mind then adding this oil will help. Its not a miracle but its a great aid with IF.

I usually take it in the morning within a fat keto coffee to start my day to boost my energy and to set me up for the day, but like noted above you can also use this to help with mental clarity, concentration and focus as well as improve sports performance. I have only been taking for a few days but really hope it helps. Does not have the aroma of coconut and has no taste. 🤞 I find it effective. Great customer service thank you.

This did not work for me the way I hoped. I followed the instructions carefully and gradually upped the dose from 5 ml to 10 ml to 15 ml, no more than once a day (to see how I coped with that), but after I got up to 15 ml once a day, I started reacting very badly to it - severe upset stomach and stomach cramps, light headedness and nearly blacking out, palpitations, and diarrhea. It also didn't do anything to stave off hunger - I had it an hour before meals, as recommended, but ended up being just as hungry as usual. It made me very jittery and anxious, so I guess this is not for me. I already follow a healthy low carb diet, so I guess I'm better off sticking to natural, whole foods rather than looking for additional dietary aids. Perhaps this works well for others, but it didn't work for me.Customer support from Olivia was excellent, though, although I never got a response from Damien regarding issues I was having with the app on my phone and the computer. The taste of the oil itself is fine, it doesn't taste like anything and I had no problems swallowing it plain.

I want to start with a great customer service of this company, they really care about their customer's health and journey, the package is very nice with clear instructions, After hearing MTC name on health and fasting podcast for many years finally im trying it with the best one, i just started so I can't leave a comment on how it worked on my body but definitely worth trying and i would definitely recommend it.
