Exactly what I needed for balance!!!
I ordered these because 1 of my breasts is smaller than the other. It always has been, but after my 1st child, during nursing, I got on abscess in the smaller one; the surgeon made an error while performing the drainage procedure and essentially liposuctioned more of the fat from it. So my small one was even smaller! It's been 20 yrs now (I'm now 47) and I've hit the time of life where I've begun to have noticeable sagging. It is MUCH more noticeable due to the size difference. 1 falls lower than the other! I've always been someone who enjoys wearing tops that show off my chest, and I often don't wear a bra. But, with the very obvious visual difference now, I've started wearing bras more often, especially when going out in public. Even when I wear padded, or push up, bras it's still too noticeable for me to feel good about it.These pads were the least obtrusive seeming ones I found. I would say my size difference is no more than 1 cup size, if that. Many pads are to increase by 2 cup sizes, which would only reverse my current appearance. These are quite slippery material, so they won't stick firmly in place. If that's a concern, you could add a tiny piece of double sided tape. Since I wear only underwire bras, this isn't a problem for me.I am only using 1 at a time, since I only needed it for 1 side. Luckily, it is very comfortable, so I don't notice as I wear it. These are firm but have just enough squish, and are malleable enough, to fit right along with the shape of my breast. No awkward lumps, just fuller breast appearance. As long as I have 1 in, and am wearing a bra, this allows me to be perfectly balanced looking. So much better than plastic surgery!!! And so much cheaper, too. Lol.If you want these to push up cleavage, they probably won't do a whole lot, but I'm sure would lift a bit. These are, however, the perfect choice (imo) for making adjustments when cleavage is out of balance just enough to be obvious. They seem like they will last a good long time. And the material will not lose it's shape of function over time.

What is this supposed to add size or lift
I'm not sure what was going on when they designed this. My boob are medium-ish. I put them in several of my bras and nada. To short and wayto thin.

Perfect addition to enhance your look
Work perfectly to give that extra lift without having to purchase a new bra!!

Very disappointed
Wow I couldn’t have been more disappointed in these. If you don’t wear an underwire bra, or one with a strong cup, these things just shift all over. They don’t lift at all for me, as I wanted something to lift up and fill out one cup. They are thick, not sticky at all, and can be seen through thin bras.

Ok
Ok in some bras, but moves around too much in most bras

Comfortable while lifting
I have tried the foam inserts to try to make my boobs match - one is the result of a mastectomy, and the other "real" one underwent reconstructive adjustment to "make it match" but so far hasn't. After losing 65 pounds, matching will never happen, so I've resorted to trying to hoist what I have to make it appear to match. This product makes it "almost" happen, which is a good thing. It fits nicely into the bra cup (I put it closest to the underarm) and it stays put throughout all activities. A solid product that doesn't show through t-shirts.

Does the job post-lumpectomy
These pads are small to be sure, but I used both pads in one bra cup (overlapping end to end). They give me just enough volume to even things out. Gives me a symmetrical appearance.

Fit's almost perfect. I highly recommend.
I had a partial mastectomy and after radiation therapy the breast tissue tends to shrink. One breast is slightly smaller due to this. A full size insert pad was too big (even the smallest one). I found these on Amazon. It's an almost perfect fit. I wear underwire bras so this doesn't slide out. In fact it tends to stick to the skin so if you are hesitant about purchasing and concerned about it falling out of a bra that isn't underwire, I think you would be safe. Mastectomy bras have a pocket for inserts but I wasn't pleased with the one's I have and they are quite expensive. Very pleased with this purchase.
