The Oxygen store acted quickly
After leaving a bad revue on Amazon, I contacted the company directly regarding the product delivered.They were very understanding and acted quickly by sending a new cylinder with Mask and tube immediately. Full marks to them.

Hardly any O2! Don't buy this!
If you need oxygen in a hurry don't buy this. The O2 had completely gone after just a few minutes of intermittent use. Worse than useless.

Excellent service. Helps my mum out as has difficulty getting her breath sometimes. She has 2-3 puffs before bed and, she says, sleeps much better. also when shd has over done it, she takes a couple of breaths and feels better

Poor quality packaging.
What a shame. The product is quality. But the face mask is crushed due to poor packaging by the manufacturers. At £20 I’d have expected the mask to be protected from damage in transport. Sounds petty but if the mask is crushed then the product delivery is poor.
