I measured the height of my window sill, and this fits perfectly! It was easy to put together, holds up well, and is perfect for holding books and magazines, as well as all the miscellaneous electronics and other things I frequently need when I'm in my recliner watching TV. My laptop fits great on top of it. The Natural finish fits in perfectly in the room. It sure beats the TV tray I used to use for the same purpose, and conceals things much better! Pardon the messy picture, I didn't feel like staging it for the mobile phone shot. I'm debating whether to leave the finished side of the back facing front or switch it to the back and turn the bookcase opening to the back.

For the price, I was not sure about quality. But I have sense bought 4 more and stacked them/put them around my office. I have a super small space which makes it hard to stay organized. These are kindve the perfect size (at least for my space) and it’s really nice to also be able to easily jsut keep adding because they stack so well. I bought a couple sets of furniture legs (see photo) to add a little height so it’s easy to clean under/keeps the space feeling a little more airy.Easy to put together, good quality materials especially for the price. And I’m pretty hard on furniture. I still have the first one I bought a year ago and it still looks good. I have plants on it and my cats go up on it and it still looks like when I unboxed it.

Very sturdy. Just the right height and great for my small space. Beautiful natural wood finish. Matches my other furniture perfectly. Easy and quick to assemble despite the directions not being very good. I wish the surface area was a tad bit wider when It's vertical but I knew the dimensions before I brought it. It did come with two slight imperfections but they're so miniscule it's barely noticeable. Overall I think the quality is pretty good despite the low price and am very happy with my purchase.

Easy to put together and exactly as I expected it to be. Sturdy…

I love this product — I’m a fan of IRIS products and was looking for a trusty shelf to use as a bedside table. This was the one.It’s relatively easy to put together but is best done with two people. I did it by myself but had some trouble and it took time plus I messed up a couple places. If you have a friend or partner or roommate, it’ll be easier — but not impossible alone!I use it to hold my books and some decor. It’s solid, won’t fall apart easily or so it seems, and is a nice color. You get more than you pay for but you don’t get solid wood if that’s what you’re expecting. I was NOT expecting mahogany bookshelves and so am pleased with what these $30 babies offer me!

Bought this for a work shelf. Works fantastic for what I need it for. Durable and was very easy to put together.

I needed it to put it under a little desk in my craft room to maximize the space and it was perfect! It is sturdy and can hold a lot of things. For the price I paid, I am very pleased with it. Do not expect it to be the best quality ever because in the reality it is a cheap item. It definitely does the job. I have no complains.

This is by no means a sturdy piece of furniture. Very basic quality for very basic needs. If you want sturdy furniture for your living space, room or garage then this is not for you. This is at best a furniture item to keep in a corner to keep stowaways and where there is no need to move this piece.What you may like: Inexpensive, shows as in pictures. Finish is OK as well.What you may not like: Although assembly is easy, it is also easy to make unrecoverable mistakes. Take it slow, follow instructions, do not over tighten the screws and use your head mostly. This is not sturdy furniture. It is meant to be kept in a corner, put items in/on it and not move it a lot.
