The product is incredibly easy to use—just spray it on the affected area, wait a few minutes, and rinse. It effectively removes tough mold, mildew, and algae stains from various outdoor surfaces like decks, vinyl siding, patios, and plastic furniture without scrubbing. I loved how quickly it broke down stubborn grime, saving me a lot of elbow grease compared to other cleaners I've tried. The spray nozzle works well for close and moderate-distance application, though it doesn’t quite reach the claimed 25 feet. The solution contains bleach, so I recommend wearing gloves and protecting nearby plants during use. This stuff works! So fast! It does what it says or will do! I was amazed at how fast it got rid of the mold on my ceiling in the bathroom! No need to wipe or anything! The mold on that area of drywall was no match for this stuff!!! After I sprayed, the mold was gone before I even counted to 30! Talk about pleasantly surprised! It does have a strong bleach smell but the mold is gone so I will absolutely trade 1 thing for the other! ( the smell does dissipate over time) But this! The other reviews were right! It works!

I love it! I used the product in my shower stall, which has a recurrent mold problem. This product worked almost instantly and no scrubbing was required. Just have a pretty strong chlorine smell, but after washing off the surface, the smell is very faint and he just smells clean. I used all sorts of anti mold shower sprays before and none worked. I used chlorine and Ajax but it was a lot of work and the smell was too strong and chlorine took much longer to be effective, but this spray just did everything within minutes. So worth the money!

I didn’t think anything would enable me to clean one bathroom floor that had not received much TLC for some time (my bad). I tried a number of products that, despite rubbing my hands raw, didn’t make a dent. I finally used this and I will no longer need to tackle any guests who approach this bathroom! I sprayed it on, waited 5 minutes, and the dirt etc came loose without scrubbing or immense pressure, just wiped with a sponge. Caution: the smell is intense (it’s basically a bleach scent) so I wore one of my old Covid NK95 masks, I kept the bathroom fan on, wore gloves, and basically did small sections at a time and then left the room for a bit between sections. Eyes started to water which meant it was time to stop and shower. But I’m very happy with the results. I took a shower afterwards (ok, that might be TMI) but I feel good about the product quality and effectiveness. It’s just a tad too potent to do a small windowless room in one fell swoop.

This product is amazing! My basement bathroom gets mold spots due to poor airflow. I've tried so many different products and hacks and nothing ever works. This is the first product that has worked and it's a game changer! I sprayed it on all the walls and waited 5 minutes. I rinsed it off then took a swiffer to the walls and all the mold it gone! AMAZED at how great this works. You can literally see the mold disappear within seconds. Recommend. The smell is strong but very worth it. BUY IT

Works pretty well, but I had to apply it 3 different times, with each application being about an hour apart. So, not exactly a 30 second result as the name indicates. Did not totally remove the mold; the affected areas still had a very faint gray stain. Also, VERY strong odor. Definitely use in a well-ventilated area, as instructed on the bottle. Over-all, a pretty decent result.
