Our product is a proprietary blend so we aren't at liberty to disclose the exact amount of each ingredient. I can however tell you that there are 11 ingredients in total and psyllium is the most abundant. The serving size is 2 capsules and contains 1532 Mg. So if you divide 1532 by 11, I can tell you that more than 139 Mg of that daily dose is psyllium.

Q: Can the capsule be open

Yes, absolutely. We've had customers say that they've opened the capsule and added the contents to applesauce, yogurt, or a small glass of juice or likewise, and were still able to get the same great IBS relief.
