These are great. They do what they say, i appreciate that they are natural. And no crazy additives.

First off, I"m not convinced it actually did what it said it would/could do. Second, my experience with this item is that it caused the potassium levels in my bloodstream to approach an extremely dangerous level. I was lucky enough that I was having labs drawn around the time I started taking this drug (about a week into using it) and caught it early. And yes, it was actually the product that caused the dangerous increase in potassium in my blood, as when I stopped taking the drug and was retested the next day, the K level had dropped back to normal range (4.6) from a whopping 5.5. The only thing that changed to get back to a normal score was removing the drug from my regimen. Be very, very careful.

I did not experience side effects or improvement. Tried following instructions and also doubling the dosage.

After reading the health warnings on the can I am not able to take this product without risking my physical health!This can has not been opened I Amazon refuses to refund/ return this product! What a ripoff!!!I am only unhappy with Amazon who says I cannot return this or get a refund!!Be Careful-this is your healoth and not a small amount of money!
