I’ve been using Beam Dream for a few weeks now and have noticed a big improvement in how quickly I fall asleep and how rested I feel in the morning. The taste is pleasant, especially when mixed with warm milk, and it’s become a relaxing part of my nighttime routine.

It taste Great and I usually get sleepy within 30 minutes. It has not caused any side effects which is great for me because I have allergies to a lot of things. It’s like a hot cup of coco before bed. I just wish the price was lower but it works!

First let me say that I absolutely love Beam products. I use their Glow product every day and their Dream every night. They do what they say and I am sold on them! However this particular flavor of Dream “brownie batter” left me very disappointed. The flavor is great and the product still works like magic but the amount of product in the bag does not match the amount listed on the label. If you follow the directions on the label which says use one scoop nightly there are only 16 servings in the bag not 30. I tried it two different times and both times it was the same shortage. I have used their original cocoa cinnamon and their mint flavor multiple times and they lasted nearly the full 30 servings. The scoop seems to be larger in the brownie batter flavor (both bags I received) which might be the problem but I sure feel ripped off since these bags aren’t cheap at $70 each! Won’t be buying this one again!

It has made it easier to fall asleep. I have a cup about an hour before I’m going to bed and I start feeling sleepy by the time I’d normally go to bed.

I had a lot of suspicions when I first decided to try this -- thinking it was another sleep aid scam that was overpriced and did nothing for someone that works overnights like myself; however, I was very wrong.I had a couple of my coworkers try this with me a handful of times, just experimenting, and we were all pleasantly surprised when we all started yawning within 15 minute of drinking it, then completely asleep with 30-35 minutes. It had been some of the most restful sleep I've had in the last 5 years of working overnight that didn't include sleeping a damn-near full 24-hours away to catch up through the week. I even woke up a few times just merely minutes from my alarm for work!I still think the price is a little steep for the size of the bag, to be entirely honest ($50 - $55 per 30 single-scoop servings would make it easier to consider subscribing for). Especially since it doesn't mix very well with hot water or milk, I always have chunks or powder residue as I drink it -- even after stirring it for over 10 minutes. It creates a bad texture for the drink itself.But the product does work really well, in my opinion.

What should other customers know well, the product is good it's just taking forever to get it, as a matter of fact I don't have it yet that's what they need to know

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Taste is awful. Stop using sweeteners that leave bad after taste Monk Fruit has the same problem. Need to start using a real sweetener like Allulose. Allulose almost nobody that has tried it thinks it is a sugar alternative. Monk Fruit is the same awful aftertaste like the others.

I’m an avid runner so recovery is super important to me and sleep is a major player in that! I get the BEST sleep I’ve ever gotten with this product. My watch has never said “at your best” when I wake up and I sleep through the night unlike other melatonin products. It’s expensive but it truly is high quality and tastes delicious. Will be repurchasing.
