Arrived opened and used
Arrived open and used, when asked for a refund was told that this happened because of air pressure and to just accept this. Did not refund. Disgusting. Don’t buy!!!!

Ordered 2 of these lip balm sets (4 tubes in total) and 1 of the lip balms (the brown vanilla one) the applicator was bulging and almost like it was away to come off the tube when moved/pressed with finger and lip. The other 3 tubes were perfect. Contacted the seller with photos of it and they refunded 1 set straight away. They look like the real thing but they are a bit oily compared to the real one.

Love love love it! Actually so confused it’s less than a quarter of the original price. Compared to the original I can’t tell any difference and it smells heavenly! Genuinely and the tip is the same as the original, soft and compressible
