Very useful product for VW group cars.

I bought OBD11 to unlock features in my Skoda Slavia. Delivery was fast. You don't need laptop to do long coding for your vehicle. I contacted Modaxe who is the supplied of this product in India and their support was very responsive. Overall a very good product to have.

Worst product. U can olny to view and clear codes for free. If u want to use special function then u purchase some credits. There is no active customer service. Olny BOT replied. I lost Rs. 6800 for pro vag pack for 1 year. But pack didn't get activate and no one can help me

Timely delivery. Received the product on time, and the packing was good. No damage. The setup was also quite easy. Just that the credits are quite expensive for India. There is no default free credits given by OBDeleven by default. However the seller offers some credits post purchase as complimentary.
