Works great, but I had to track down the instruction sheet!
Works great, but I had to track down the instruction sheet! The first unit was defective, but Amazon facilitated a replacement, which functions as expected. It didn’t come with instructions, but I was able to locate and download one.

No instructions included just have to figure out a difficult 40 point menu with no help
My controller came with no instructions. if you have ever set one of these controllers up ? Be you will feel my pain when I say I set the parameters up blind thought I had it but I didn’t $180 worth of products ruined I’m left with the bill and the only response from the seller was to say we only sell controllers. They apparently don’t know anything about the controllers they sell and don’t care once they have your $ the controller it’s self was fine other than the fact that it’s got a name brand printed on it DixellBut from what I can discern. It’s either a factory second or new old stock whose product listing says replacement for or like dixell very plainly pointing towards some kind of non licensed copy cat controller or factory seconds . Either way I feel like I should be compensated somehow and I also feel if a person was to contact dixell a subsidiary of Emerson technology“ wonder if they have attorneys?” That they probably would be interested to know someone was selling branded products in their name and not even putting instructions in the box
