Aesthetic looks,build quality is superb,touch buttons work flawlessly,filter life is 2 years so no need of servicing frequently,I bought it in sale and it cost me only 13,500 so it was a great deal for me.noise levels are very low.easy to use,storage capacity is 8 litres which is sufficient according to a RO,ten filter system for better filtration including the minerals and alkaline filter.you can also use it to purify borewell water and still the filter lasts for 2 years so no worries of high cost maintenance like other brand purifiers,it has isi rohs usfda and other certificates too for reliability.if you get this at around 13,500,surely go buy it.

This is a great product. I would say first of it's kind. IOT based tech savvy device. It does continously monitoring of water quality and filters. Bought this after lot of research and felt this is great product with least maintenance cost available in Indian market. I would definitely recommend this over other brands. I have used Aquaguard, AO Smith, Bluestar brands in past and Urban Company M2 removes all my worries of manually checking filters; etc as it is fully automated and can be tracked in their app.

I ordered UC Native M2 Water purifier from Assam after confirming from Amazon that the purifier can be installed by the brand. Once it was confirmed, order was placed and purifier received in time. At the same time, installation service date after 06 days was declared to us. We waited for hours and days but the installation team did not arrive. An auto generated message comes with the comment to reschedule the installation service 02 days later. This company does not understand that drinking water is an essential service and such delays in installation (06 + 02)=08 days cannot be thought off.Kindly note that UC does not have any customer care number (the only number is a bot which is useless) nor any customer care Id.Finally, UC has arranged some third party for installation. The purifier is working absolutely fine. Water quality is great. The product is awesome. The only issue remains is of providing service in remote areas which I believe UC will take up shortly.
