Helped my period pain and mood.

Using this for over three months and will say one of my best so far

Started taking it for my pcos and I swear that this in combination with working out has been helping me reduce my belly fat and bloating.100% recommend

This is my opinion so far, I used previous different brands where it was combined Myo and d-chiro inositol. Then I used Myo only for 4-5 months, but I did not see any effects of it.I tried this one and the first I noticed was abdominal gas for a few days, is best taken with or immediately after food. I’m skeptic about the brand and I will update if I see any improvement with my period and my overall health

Have taken Myo Insitol alone for a few years but with no effect, long term moderate PCOS and now in Perimenopause, I wanted to find some supplements to lessen the many symptoms that cross over, Myo Insitol was suggested by my Endocrinologist years ago - but I'm only now realizing its only beneficial if combined in a certain ratio with Chiro Insitol - not sure what is helping my disordered sleep, as I always took a decent multivitamin and a B12 booster on occasion, but since I started these, I have more restful sleep, for that alone it's worth the price.Only taking the 3 weeks so, I'll reserve my thoughts until I use these for a few months.I do note that the Myo Insitol in these is not at a level suggested by trials for PCOS symptoms though... Would like if it was at a minimum of 2500.

Works. Reduced a need for choline.

Manufacturing/quality check issue - one of the capsules was damaged and empty. It’s a shame as it’s a good product.
