Works well. I took a blood test before starting and again after 2 weeks of daily intake and my Vit D increased from 56 to 87ng/ml. I take it during the day with coconut milk or nuts so it has some extra fat for best absorption.

Vitamin D levels improved significantly in nearly 2 months, however, my LDL increased too? Is it due to the coconut oil? Better check your blood report after 2 months. Would suggest the manufacturer to use olive oil instead of coconut oil.

First of all thanks for providing 5000 iu at such an affordable price.. also it does help you to get active again.. everything has been good since i started taking this tablet

The Vitamin D3 5000 IU supplement feels overpriced for what it offers. It's an "okay" product, but not remarkable. For the cost, I expected better results or added value, but it seemed pretty standard compared to cheaper alternatives. Not worth the extra money for something so basic in performance.
