Hippy dust with added B vitamins. Works for needed purpose.

Taste is just ok. I found taste of this product from holland and barret uk was much better.

I bought the 1Kg packet and although it tastes just fine but I realised that they are selling the fortified nutritional yeast, which means that it has artificially added vitamins and minerals which are not good for health. They haven't even disclosed what are the vitamins and minerals they have fortified it with and what are the amounts which are natural. Usually, the artificial vitamins which are added are of poor form and quality. I would suggest that they start selling unfortified version also for health-conscious people.

Can't use this for seasoning because it's too expensive to sprinkle over meals. Had to eat it directly so that I can taste it better.

Bought it for daughter as per her nutritionist’s advice who is keeping her dairy intake minimal for the time being. Daughter is 12yr old and into professional sports. Taste wise it’s too salty. Hence gave one star less. Not her preference but consuming it because of doctor’s prescription. Go for it for dietary requirement. Taste wise normal milk cheese is any time better and I wouldn’t say it taste like normal cheese.
