Extremely sharp.
Sharpest knives I have ever owned. I’ve almost cut my thumb off twice! If you feel the blade against your skin, you’ve cut yourself! Take extreme care using these. Cuts through everything with ease, from a swede to a side of raw beef.

The best knives out there
The best knives out there!! I originally bought these because I was looking for the type of knife the sandwich chefs in subway use. Having bought them, they’re brilliant for fruit as well. Really sharp, clean cuts!

Fantastic
Absolutely superb. They are far better than our expensive sabatier knives and dish-washer safe. The only downside is that they are sharp enough to be dangerous in a dish-washer if you put them 'blade-up'. Care is genuinely needed.They can cut very thin slices of tomatoes or cut through leather - whatever you want. You can even spread butter with them if you don't mind stripy butter.

Very sharp
I’m happy with these knives a bargain to get two. They are great for tomatoes, cucumber etc I’ve been putting them in the dishwasher each time and they are absolutely fine

Best knife in the kitchen
If I could only have one knife in my kitchen, this would be it. Can be used to cut almost anything and is my favourite to use when making sandwiches. Many uses and will last for many years. Love these knives so much
