Plastic Belt clip doesn't hold
I was excited to receive this belt, as I was keen to start pulling a sled. While the harness seemed good quality the plastic clip that secured the belt around the waist was very poor quality and comes undone under the slightest stress to it. For this reason it was unusable and I have returned the item to Amazon.

Must have for dips and pull ups
This sled can be used for several areas of your work out. It can also double as a belt for weight dips and pull ups. Weighted dips is one of my favorite exercises to do. I love them. And they hit so many muscles groups 'naturally.' Meaning, you don't have to twist and turn your joints in unnatural positions to work your muscles the way they are intended. There is nothing more disgusting then going to the gym and using handles or belts used by other people who don't wash their hands and/or sweat. I will never use another gym belt again. So, I bought this. It will take a bit of breaking in to mold around your own waist which is nice. Unlike a traditional belt, this does not come with chains. Instead, you get nylon straps. However, you have the option to buy a separate chain if you rather use that. It provides enough support around your waist so it does not feel like there is just the straps with all the weight. It is pretty heavy duty. The straps are long enough you can attach a sled to it with weight. This really helps with weighted running and pulling. Overall, a great product you will not find at a typical gym and a must have for all gym rats. Made in china.

The best sled training belt I've tried
I have been trying to find a belt like this for heavy sled pulls. I follow the Knees Over Toes guy online and I see how backward walking, or more specifically backward sled pulls can help heal and strengthen your knees. The belts I have tried in the past were either not well constructed or just sized for a toddler. I have a 36''-38'' waist. I lift. I cycle. I'm a thick guy. This was the first belt that not only fit me comfortably but could fit a huge range of sizes. I'm guessing guys up to 42'' waist or more can pull with this thing. The padded belt is thick. It fits great up against my lower back. There's an adjustable buckle on the inside to tighten it up and make the belt more secure so it doesn't slide down on you. That was the most annoying part of this -- I had to tighten that interior buckle strap and it took several minutes to find the right size. That said, once I had it sized right it fit and felt great on me while I was reverse pulling. This also comes with a nice carrying bag & 2 separate heavy-duty straps with clips on them you can attach to a sled (and your belt) to pull it with. This doesn't come with the sled. When the weather is bad, I reverse pull inside my house on the carpets and attach this to a weighted vest I own. That worked great. If you have a sled with or without handles and you can attach these straps to clips on the sled, you're in business. This is very strong and well made in my opinion. For around $40, you can't go wrong here if you're in the market for something like this.
