They are edible if you like mostly potatoes and carrots. I had maybe a few green beans, corn and a couple lima beans per can.

This item is very similar to a supermarket “store brand” canned mixed vegetables … cans are opened with ease, using a standard can opener … taste of the product is exactly as expected … value priced …
