So i bought this after lookong for several weeks for this exact item and settling for the long cables that just wouldnt work.After using this on my meta 3 for 2 weeks it has performed beautifully and above and beyond what i expected, i run my head set tetheres to a pc for highest data transfer, and run a seperate 45 watt charging cable to this adpater, i play for hours with out having to worry about the headset shutting off, it keeps up with charging and playing while running the headset and the passthrough camera for a mied reallity experiance. This ia the first afapter or cable that i have seen to be able to handle the needed data transfer to hold 90fps while in vr with mixed reality on a graphic demanding game. If you are looking to get best results for yiu vr headset that can tether with usb and charge, i highly recommend this unit.

I really like this product. Not all hubs work with a YubiKey, but this does. I bought this to prevent accidental damage to my YubiKey when used with a laptop, since this changed it from sticking out at a right angle to running parallel to the laptop.This also works well when using accessories with a Meta Quest 3, such as a link cable, and it lets you charge your device while you do so.

This device may look good, but it's utter trash! NO quality control, NO Testing, No documentation whatsoever! ! Just plain DOES NOT do what it is supposed to do. We tasted with multi[le devices and chargers and it would NOT charge anything. When we were able to get sound out (inconsistent) it was not clean or clear. Don't waste your time or money!

I have a Meta Quest 3 and for PCVR I use an ethernet connection and Virtual Desktop, so I get the quality and smoothness of Virtual Desktop with the bulletproof reliability of a cable. That, of course, requires a USB-C to ethernet adapter, which means I am constrained by the Quest's built-in battery, which can be an issue when sim racing for an extended period of time. I decided to try this hub so I could have both ethernet and charging at once through the Quest 3's single USB-C port. My primary concern was that the ethernet adapter wouldn't work through it, as I have a 90-degree elbow adapter it won't work through. Happily, no compatibility issues there, the Quest 3 still picked up the ethernet adapter through this hub and now I can race for hours without worrying about battery life.

Doesn’t work with the quest 3, maybe it works with older models. Does support charge through but would not sync with pc when plugged into.

I use this to power and add peripherals to my ROG Ally and other usb c devices. Quality is decent and it does what’s advertised.

I checked the product after receiving it, and everything works perfectly. The build quality seems quite good. I'm using it with my Google Chromecast with Google TV (4K) to connect an external drive. Recommended.

This worked as expected and allowed me to hook up a charging cable and an external hard drive to my steam deck at the same time, which allowed me to offload games I don't play as much, while still keeping the steam deck charged.
