I went on a 5 day trip and I was able to put all my clothes in the bags and put it in a carry on. It was quick and easy to use!!!

I recently purchased the Professional Vacuum Bags for Travel with the Wireless Vacuum Pump, and I'm thoroughly impressed! Initially, I encountered a problem with the first vacuum pump, but the company's customer service truly shined. They were incredibly kind and patient in addressing my concerns, promptly sending me a replacement pump without any hassle. This level of support is hard to find these days! The vacuum bags themselves work wonderfully, making packing so much easier and more efficient. I highly recommend this product and the company's excellent service. A fantastic experience overall!

It is very over priced for what it is and the pump that comes with it does not work at all does not take any air out of the bag as it does not have the correct size attachment to fit in the valve. so without a working vacuum pump they are worth less and now I need to send them back as there is no way to get in touch with the seller. I really wanted to use them for my trip but now i cant. It is sad that they would ship a product that does not work.

The quality seem to be good just a bit smaller then we were hoping. I would probably still purchase again

These saved us so much space in our carry ons. Easy to use and very sturdy. Was worth spending a bit for this.

The zipper broke. Can this bag be replaced

I bought this for an upcoming trip. The bag seemed really sturdy as did the vacuum. While it worked well when I tested it, but it didn’t work on my trip. I couldn’t get it to vacuum the bag at all. It was useless. The zipper did not always work, it kept getting stuck. The vacuum kept randomly going off, the button is really sensitive. It’s really expensive for something that doesn’t work. Wish I could return and get my money back!

Bag is great, I was able to fit a lot of stuff into it and it holds its seal, as long as the zipper is completely closed. I was able to fit 6 sweaters and a puffer jacket into it, with no issue. The bag is made out of some tough plastic material that really isn’t easy to rip. zipper in my opinion is high quality… it’s really tough to zip up, mostly because it’s sealing the bag vacuums tight. Which is good. Since it’s tough to zip, make sure to check that it’s fully zipped up. Or else the vacuum will take a while to suck out all the air. A firm tug at the will work great…The vacuum works most of the time, and when it does it works great. It’s able to suck out all the air from the bag with no issue. The problem I’ve had in the few times was trying to initially turn it on. There is a safety feature on the vacuum that locks and unlocks the button so it doesn’t randomly turn on in your bag. To unlock you have to press and hold the button till it blinks blue 3-4 times, then you can press the button again to turn it on, press again to turn the vacuum off. To lock press and hold the button till it blinks red 3-4 times, then it’s locked. The issue I had was when i tried unlocking, it wouldn’t turn on. It is a rare occurrence but still frustrating when you’re trying to pack. The solution I found was when the vacuum acts up like that I charge it up for a few min and it’s back to working like normal. Over all great product. I’ve used them for 5 trips already, with no issues your able to take the vacuum in your carryon baggage with no issues. I hope my info helps
