How can I get a picture or album artwork to show on the player screen? My kid can't read so a picture would be helpful.

Hello T L If the song you downloaded comes with its own cover image, it should be displayed on this player. Please check if your song comes with its own cover and let us know in time if there are any problems.

Will it support multiple playlists?

There are 3 default playlist in the mp3 player. You can add each song to these playlists. However, it is not recommended for you to sort you music. If you want create or rename a playlist, the easiest way is to create some folders on you PC/Mac, sort your music or audio to these folders. Then transfer them to your MP3 player, you’ll find these folders in “Folder”or”Folder view” icon in the MP3 player. Now the mp3 will only play music in certain folders.
