Received it wrapped poorly not even in a bag - a bag rolled around it with elastic. Tried it and I disliked the consistency and felt heavy even though I used I a small amount.

It says medium hold but the product is too thin and light to provide it. It gave my fine hair zero separation or forming.

My product came used. It had either been someone’s before or a tester. It was open and product was dripping out of the top. Obviously I was furious
