I have been using this for about 3 months and I am happy with my results. It's very lightweight but a little goes a long way. Not greasy. I don't notice a scent at all, as some reviews have mentioned. I am prone to deep, cystic acne on my jaw line but this has not exacerbated it at all. In combo with every other night tretinoin, my skin has become smooth and moisturized.
