I had been dealing with a lot of anxieties and was just having trouble keeping it together. I bought these because of the ingredients and previous reviews. I took the amount suggested and gave it a bit to kick in. I promise, these things do help cut into your anxiousness so that your body can then relax and drift to sleep. I use them from time to time when needed and have recommended them to others.

I am happy with this product. It keeps me calm. Along with along with magnesium it works well . No irritability, no bad smell, easy to swollow and tolerate. I have ordered this product before . This is my 3rd time now.

Works quick. This had me sleeping lovely but also having some of the most random dreams and I don't often dream so I know I was DEEP SLEEP.Don't trip out but I wanna say that the B vitamins will have your pee neon yellow lol.

Got this for my daughter and she told me: there isn't a really noticable difference. Maybe a lessening of the panic feeling but not to the extent of advertisement.I can say: at least there's no negative reactions to other medications with this as there is with St. John's Wort.

I purchased this blend due to the number of ingredients I know and have worked for me in the past but didn’t want to take so many different pills. I bought it for myself and gifted a few bottles to others. I notice many stated that they took the pills when feeling down and they couldn’t explain it but said that they felt like it did take the edge off. I particularly didn’t notice a big change in my sleeping but that’s because my sleep hygiene is horrible. But I like that although it has several herbs that I usually avoid because they make wake up drowsy, but didn’t in this blend, which was a plus for me. If I had to explain what the benefits are it would be that this blend isn’t going to take away your problems or make you feel happy or high, but it seems to support the levels of the chemical stress response in the body to not feel so physically overwhelming, hence takes the edge off of feelings of off negative feelings that make your body respond to such and if your smart and do other things calming and balancing things physically like going for a walk, taking deep breathes to bring your self to a state of calm, music, aroma therapy, etc...it can make the most stressful day feel a bit less hectic. As with anything you take for stress take the time to educate yourself on the ingredients regardless if it’s an herb, supplement or Rx to Understand the how’s, what’s and why’s and review with your medical practitioners possible side effects and interactions because everyone’s body is different. But I do have these on subscription as they are personally what I call the “Chill Out Pill”.

I just purchased this product few days ago and I only took 3 pills . Two in the first day one the second one . I woke up with terrible headaches every day and just a whole body discomfort feeling . I don’t usually write reviews but this product did not worked for me . I used something similar in the last 2 months and I felt great . They discontinued them so I decided to try something new . Not sure what ingredient is not working for me but I will definitely stop using it . I wished I could return it but is not possible.

I was very skeptical when ordering this, but I liked the ingredients (and price:)), so I've decided to give it a try. I've got these capsules on February 7th. Today is February 14th. I AM SO HAPPY I've ordered this!!!! I am absolutely sure that these capsules work! I worry less throughout the day and sleep much much better! I can not explain how great the life is when you just stop worry about everything around! The best thing is that this is natural stress relief. I will definitely be ordering it again and again.
