Went from a $1k Pixel 8 Pro to this thing. I was looking for a smaller phone, and it seems nowadays this is the only way to do it. I LOVE it. Buying a new phone hasn't seemed like a new experience in a very long time. I love finding apps that work great on the front screen. I love the soft back so I don't have to worry about scratching it. I love the compliments I get from everyone on my "super cool phone."I'm not going to sit here and say this is the most advanced phone of all time. But its cool, and fun to use. That alone is enough of a mix up from your average phone to recommend this. Also it's only like $300, why not try it?

Like new condition, as indicated in description, and packaged like new. Battery life appears to be very good and data transfer from old phone was flawless. Nice to have a full size phone that will actually fit in my pocket!

Do not buy renewed items from Amazon. I've had two and they both have had software issues and had to be returned. Good thing I bought them on Amazon rather than direct.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is being written a week after delivery to give time with the device. Shipping was much faster than expected, arrived in solid cardboard box wrapped in a bubble wrap envelope. Additional packing material was more than adequate for shipping. I purchased in "good" condition, however I can't find any defects, signs of use, even just a scuff or small scratch. The phone was clean and fully reset. The battery health is in great condition, and have had no issues with any functionality. Used this phone for both Total Wireless and Visible as carriers and both have worked seamless, no carrier locks. The seller did a great job with everything and I'll certainly look to purchase future phones from them in the future

The actual phone itself once I got it all setup is great. I love smart flip phones because they fold up and are tiny in my pocket and I don't feel the need to use the phone as much. It comes with much less bloatware than the Samsung flip and it's easier to uninstall/disable than the Samsung I had before this. This phone will give you a more basic android experience if you're looking for it like I was.However, I struggled initially with this phone because the mobile network carrier setup process was so confusing and didn't work in some ways. When trying to setup my Verizon esim I got an error message on the phone to contact TMobile which made me think the phone was locked to TMobile. I couldn't do the self-service esim activation because I would get an error MULTIPLE times. When I called Verizon the first time they tried a setup and when I got the error they said the phone must be locked, I called TMobile then and they said I should just return the phone because it was probably locked (mind you they didn't even try to run the phone ID through their system, ugh).The second time I called Verizon a new agent tried something different and it worked! The only thing that worked was a QR code based setup, ASK YOUR MOBILE CARRIER TO DO THE QR CODE BASED SETUP if you are having issues.Taking off one star for the bloatware from Motorola (even though it's better than Samsung's) because it's useless and annoying to uninstall.
