Whoa! This is hotter than hot. I expected another mild chilli flavoured red food spice or marinade. But this has totally surprised me. It has plenty of flavours and does not have a "raw" taste. So it can be used at any stage of cooking. Due to the lack of a "raw" taste, it may be used as a finishing sprinkle also. However, this is hot.
