Bought the steering for our diving boat 28‘ in 2018. Everything worked perfect, easy installation. 1 year ago our boat sunk right at the beach, was taken back up and cleaned from the saltwater - steering continues to work well. 2 months ago we got hit by a category 5 hurricane; everything full of water and sand, part of the boat got damaged, but the steering still works super smooth and nicely. Very recommended!!

Awesome product, the marine shop I took it to was blown away by this product. They saw how little it cost and how awesome the performance and quality was and the switch from sea star was easy! Fits perfect on my 200HP Yamaha

I had this professionally install and on my second trip in the boat the steering wasnt working properly as a result I needed a second person on board to turn the engine at the same time I was turning the weel. As a result my boat is now damage and wrecked

Im going to start by saying i suck at writing review but here we go . I ordered the hydraulic steering kit it was well packaged. Looks to be pretty well built. Pretty simple to put on didn't take much time to install it the only problem I ran into was one of the tube guide fitting on one side was to small didn't know when I ordered it for my Mercury. I emailed mailed them the encouraging me to go head An mount what I can An they would get me the right fitting with in 5 days it was on my door step . Have to give it to them the hydraulic steering is smooth An the customer service was easy to deal with had to give them 5 stars they do a great job

The power steering works great. The instructions are confusing. Port connection on the tube goes on the starboard side starboard goes on the port side of motor. Steering connectors to motor are not marked P and S. their is a difference in length between the two, port is longer on Yamaha.
