This oil reduced hairfall in first use itself. It's coconut oil based.I applied and left it on for 3 hrs, then washed. Second time, left it overnight. 3 hr soak is best.Hv used it abt 6 times now.. really good. Hairfall has reduced considerably and it's cooling also.
