So far so good

Faulty packaging but I loved the oil

The media could not be loaded. The bottle on my paracress does not have a dropper that is able to seal correctly. My product has been spilled all over my vanity. Is there any chance I can get a replacement? I waited so long to recieve my package, and now i have no product.
