Best electric knife we've owned.
Great knife. The blade release is out of the way when cutting and the rubber grip really keeps the knife from slipping if your hands get wet or greasy. I didn't think much of the offset blades when ordering but they really work well when carving around bones or obstructions.We've had several electric knives and this one is the best. Cuts well. Great value.

An arm saver (literally)
I wish I would have gotten one of these long ago! As someone who bakes regularly this has been an arm saver! Knife cuts evenly and quickly. Very easy to clean and store! Highly recommend.

Sharp blades and easy to clean. My first one lasted 12 years . . .
This model is a good one for the long run. I have had one for 12 years and the motor finally gave up, so I bought this one. I kept the blades because they fit the new one and are still sharp. Good knife. And its easy to clean.

Don’t throw out the blade cover!!!
I’m excited to start using my electric carver. I was very disappointed initially because I couldn’t find the blade cover but as I began to pack it up again I found it stuck in a corner inside the box. It’s a flimsy cover but it does the job and keeps fingers protected. So look well inside for the blade cover. I will rate the knife after Easter 🐣🤗.

The media could not be loaded. This electric carving knife is amazing!! Made fresh bread today and used it to cut. It gave me perfect slices every time!!! I also used a bread guide that I found here on Amazon. Highly recommend these two together.

short blades yet good knife.
Be aware as good as the motor on this electric knife...the cutting length (serrated portion) is but 6-1/4" long. If you are buying this to cut foam or other craft material...it is NOT a 9" blade. It will not allow the single pass cut you might be looking for. Very disappointed.

It works great
This knife is great! It makes cutting sourdough so much easier. It’s all I use it for. It’s relatively quiet and is easy to hold. It does heat up quickly so I just let it chill out and then resume cutting.
