It is comfortable and the Velcro mechanism for closing seems to work well so far. I would prefer a little thicker band, but will see how this one wears. I have a similar one that is thick and I have used for years. It’s Velcro closure is not as sell thought out as this one and tore with use. I have some back strain problems and I find it good for a little support and keeping my back warm in the cooler seasons.

Absolutely love this!!! I have been buying this brand for the last three years, it’s great quality not cheaply made, and very sustainable. The price is right, and lasts a long time. Doesn’t loose its shape or wear down after wearing it for long periods of time

So in this review I will say upfront, I have already returned mine for a refund. Firstly, it is well made. Good stitching, excellent hook and loop velcro. The problem I had were the 2 available sizes which don't appear to be as advertised. Perhaps the one sent to me was mislabeled but it was way too small and I have a 42 inch waist. I don't understand why "waist trimmer" products like this are always made small. Pretty sure skinny people don't have as much of a need for this sort of thing....If they do they certainly don't need it more than larger sized men. I ended up ordering another product from another company that was sized as indicated and it fits very well. If you are on the thinner side or very muscular like the models who are used to advertise this product then it will probably work very well for you. If you are on the thicker side, there's a good chance you will find it doesn't fit you as well as you hoped.

Absolutely love this belt! I purchased one for myself about 2 months ago, I could tell the difference right away, how it made me sweat away the fat on my belly and all around. You will visibly see how much you sweat under this belt. I love it and I recommended it to many of my friends. I recently purchased a second one as a gift to one of my besties, because she started working out after many years. She texted me after the first time using it and she was amazed. She loves it too, as I knew she would :) It is worth a try! I won’t work out without it now! 😊👍
