Chetak 3501 by Bajaj Auto High Speed Electric Scooter with charger - Hazelnut - Ex-Showroom

Solid scoter. Good performance

Please do not go with chetak. I am writing review after 6 month use. It worst electric scooter in india. My scooter battery died after 5300km in 6 month. And services also worst , my scooter is in service center since last 10 days and still they are saying to wait more 10 days and that is also not confirmed. They have more then 60 scooter batteries are in waiting for replace. Not sure will be they provide in 10 days or not.Company is playing game with customer with tec pack. I paid 7500 for tec pack with Data pack for 5 years. But there is no meaning to pay for data pack cause its useless. After activating the tech pack you have to use your mobile to use map , we can not track our Scooter remotely as we expected after data pack Scooter will enable with internet and we can use map without mobile or can track Scooter remotely but this features are not available. Every time we have to use mobile for Map and that is your luck your scooter will connect or not. and to see the stored documents and tracking. If we have to connect with mobile to use this feature then there is no meaning for data pack. And I have booked black but showroom declined me to deliver black color so finally after waiting 15 to 20 days I have negotiated and gone with red color. Bajaj need to improve it's tecpack and data pack other should not provide the data pack. And issues with the mobile connectivity as well . It's headache to connect with mobile while need to change the remote immobilization setting. Mostly it's fail to give the commands to scooter. Need improvement in hill hold as well , overall tecpack it's use less. Bajaj just earning based on tec pack no features and not works properly given features. And do not expecte more then 100 km in single charge.

स्कूटर बहुत बढ़िया है, लेकिन कंपनी tec pack के नाम पे लूट रही है, मेरी गाड़ी में अगर eco mode और sports mode है, map है, music कण्ट्रोल है लेकिन मैं उसे नहीं कर सकता बिना tec pack के पैसे दिए, जबकि यें फीचर्स के पैसे लिए है ना, यें स्कूटर की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में है और मैंने in k पैसे भी दिए ह in में जो पार्ट्स डाले ह उन के, फिर भी काम में नहीं ले सकते, मैन स्टैंड गायब कर दिया, लेडीज फूट रेस्ट गायब कर दिया और पैसे भी सबबसे ज्यादा ले रहे है, 100 se 110 km chalti hai bas 153 तो फालतू बातें है, कुछ भी बोलती है कंपनी

I bought 3501 model on jan 25 Per 20 days experience half of the days my scooter was I. Service Center only , first eco mode and any mode 1 km 1% drop overall max u will get less the 100kms arai reported 153 kms minimum expected 120kms but i didn’t get it 2 board noise coming 3. On keeping speed Same above 40kms cracks sound coming no solution till now . 4. Today suddenly scooter not started while checking auxiliary battery low and after jump start totally it gone service Center told will see it on 17th Feb not sure what went wrong totally I disappointed about the product quality , Bajaj testing with users it’s same on it , I came to buy Chetak only for quality and brand name as ola have damaged same reason now I could see same Chetak also technicians also not aware entire new product services they are learning with us, another aim the dealer side they gave poor quality helmat I am not accepted but they are not bothered about it. Bajaj need to care on all the reported one as I am the first batch deliveries…

As per Bajaj Chetak, range is 153kms, despite 100% full charge Odo display meter show 134 kms range . 😂😂It will take atleast 4+ hours to fully charge and company says 0 to 80 in just 3 hours , but last 20 mins takes more than 1+ hourIf you drive 50-60 kms speed the real world range you will get is 80kms.Braking IS Average and ok, but the tyres would roll on high speeds when you try to stop at 70kms speedBuild quality is solid but lacks perfection, you notice gaps on handle and where your odo meter is placedBajaj chetak selling print is Design and it is goodTyres are very small and less road grip, it can easily slide and slipApp functionality you have to spend another 7000 rupees which is not worthEconomy mode is not unlocked by default, you have to buy techpac for 7000 rupees 😂😂😂OVERALL AN AVERAGE PRODUCT AFTER PAYING 1.45 LAKHS FOR 3501 VARIANTKONDAPUR BAJAJ EXPREXPERIENCE IS HORRIBLE , VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM.
